Is 15x scope with cannons good?

I'm pretty sure you can't burst damage with 2 cannons, due them both having a deploy group of 3.
this means that you can't fire one and then fire the other .25 seconds later using the other.
you basically just have the ability to carry 8 shots instead of 4, and I don't think that it is worth forgoing actual free switch cheese, or just using an honest machine gun or sniper or dmr type weapon
15x is good regardless of weapon because being able to keep an eye on everyone is strong regardless if you have the weapon to snipe with.

between my teammate and I, they had a cannon and minigun, I had a sv-98, a cannon and also a ghillie suit, we also found another ghillie suit but they didn't know what it was and didn't use it 🙁
