My best perk in cobalt is master scavengers there much op gun sub new
i think the best perk is the splinter rounds its became op with shotgun
easily master scavenger but that's more specific for squads when you have teammates, otherwise splinter rounds and explosive rounds are good in their own way but personally ER is better

They each have their pros and cons
master scavenger is good for getting op and is generally considered the best, though if you're already stacked it might not be the best(though could still help)
Explosive rounds does some pretty good damage and shreds through obstacles, though it's like a just extra damage thing and doesn't affect melee
Splinter rounds is just easier to play with but helps damage quite a lot
overall i like splinter rounds but they are all good

I like master scavenger because I can get awms and PKP which can kill people like 7 seconds.
The splinter round is not my favourite because you need good guns.
The explosive thing is ok but I am not good at aiming on ipad so nah.
